#1: Sephis Sword, gold, max damage, q9
current mods: Double Adrenaline 10%, Enchants +19%
inscription: 15^50

#2: Serpent Axe, gold, max damage, q11
current mods: Double Adrenaline 10%, Health+29
inscription: HSR 9% (that's gotta go)

#3: Sephis Axe, PURPLE, max damage, q12
current mods: Armor+6 physical, fire damage
inscribable

As for the question, I've run into 3 clean and inscribable blue shields with 15 AL but lower than 9 requirements:
Shield of the Wing q8 Tactics
Adamantine Shield q8 Tactics
Skull Shield q7 Command

Any sort of market for those or are they doomed as well?

Blue req 8 inscribables with 16AL or req 7 inscribables with 15AL are worth selling. Req 8 15AL isn't really worth anything. Req 7 blue inscribables with 15AL tend to be ~15k, unless they're rare skins, so your Skull Shield would be around that 15k range imo if you go to sell.
